Q1. What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods as you’re branded after your authorization letters
Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A1: T/T30% as the deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you photos of the finished products and packages before you pay the balance.
A2: L/C at sight and Alibaba Escrow are also acceptable.
Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW; FOB; CFR; CIF; DDU
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, It will take 30-45days after confirmed your deposit by our local bank. The specific delivery time depends on the items and your order quantity.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce as your sample or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What’s your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customer have to pay the sample cost and courier cost, and it is refundable after your large order.

A: Yes. All of our finished products must tested by our QA and QC before delivery.
